WARRANTY

Your FITBODI branded products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with FITBODI’s user manuals, technical specifications and other FITBODI Product published guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR for Training Harnesses and SIXTY (60) DAYS for Resistance Bands from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). This Warranty covers only replacements for defective FITBODI products and under no circumstances shall FITBODI, LLC be liable in any way to the user for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use the FITBODI products. FITBODI reserves the right to revise or update its products, software, or documentation in keeping with technological advances without obligation to notify any individual or entity.
